  • An unboxing video is mandatory for claim verification.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Products must be returned with original packaging and all tags intact.
  • Items without original packaging or tags will not be accepted.
